ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1⁄2 - 1 cup salad dressing (miracle whip)
- 6 ounces small shrimp or 6 ounces broken shrimp, chopped
- 1 envelope gelatin
directions
- Heat soup and stir in gelatin until dissolved.
- Add cream cheese and beat until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into oiled molds, I usually use small margarine tubs.
- Chill.
- Unmold and serve with crackers.
- Enjoy!
