- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 4 mashed ripe bananas
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chopped pecans
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter and cream with bananas until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients then slowly blend into wet.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
