Mock Clotted Cream

• Yields: 1 cup

ingredients

• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
• 1⁄4 cup sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and sour cream.
2. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
3. Add cream and vanilla then beat til light and fluffy.
4. Place in refrigerator and chill until it is time to serve.
