24 wonton wrappers
15 ¹⁄₄ ounces corn (drained)
16 ounces black beans (drained and rinsed)
16 ounces kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
8 ounces salsa (we like Herdez)
¹⁄₂ cup cilantro (chopped or optional)
¹⁄₂ cup green onion (chopped or optional)
1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

directions

Sray 24 mini muffin cups with non-stick vegetable spray; press a wonton wrapper into each cup, bake at 350 for 10 min.until crisp.
Mix together corn, beans and salsa; spoon into cups, top with green onions, cilantro and cheese.
