- 2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn, drained
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (4 ounce) can jalapeno peppers, more if desired
- 11 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingrediants and place in small baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
