Mango Treat (Helps You Sleep!)
- Ready In:
1 bedtime snack
- 4 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt (I use Dannon)
- 1⁄2 cup mango sorbet
- 4 raspberries
- Place yogurt in a bowl and top with sorbet.
- Garnish with raspberries.
