- 1 mango, diced small
- 1⁄2 large red bell pepper, diced small
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, diced small
- 2 -3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (or to your taste)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot sauce (or to your taste)
- 1 pinch sea salt
directions
- Dice mango, red pepper, and red onion and combine in bowl.
- Mix lime juice, olive oil, ground cumin, hot sauce and salt in small bowl, Whisk together.
- Mix into salsa.
- Chop cilantro and add to salsa.
- Stir until combined.
