DIRECTIONS

  • Soften gelatin in cold water.
  • Dissolve sugar in pineapple juice in medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Beat all ingredients except whippe cream until blended.
  • Chill until partially set.
  • Fold in whippe cream and pour into pie shell.
  • Chill.
