Lower Sugar Instant Chocolate Cheesecake

"I could not find a simple and easy chocolate cheesecake recipe so I made one of my own. It is so easy and simple that a child can do it."

• Yields: 1 Cheesecake
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 0.5 (8 ounce) container chocolate Cool Whip
• 1⁄4 cup Splenda granular
• 1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup milk
• 1 keebler graham cracker pie crust

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer until well blended. Put into pie crust and let chill 2 hours or overnight. Top with cherry pie filling and the other 1/2 container of Chocolate Cool Whip and serve.
