Low Fat Chocolate Zucchini Brownies

"I changed the original recipe ingredients to make them a little healthier. they are chewy and chocolately, with a hint of Zucchini. I use Splenda for the sugar substitute. I don't use any other kind and have no knowledge of how much to use of other substitutes."

  • Cream together the zucchini, sugar, salt, applesauce, water, and vanilla. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
