Low Fat Chocolate Brownies
- Ready In:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Prepare a 9" round baking dish with cooking spray and dust it with a bit of cocoa.
- Combine flour, sugar, cornstarch,baking soda and salt.
- Add condensed milk (1/2 of a 12 oz. can) and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into your prepared pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.

They were good, but a few problems... A couple issues with the recipe - in the ingredients, you list evaporated milk, but in the directions you say condensed milk and you never mention when to add the cocoa - I did it with the rest of the dry ingredients. We found them on the dry side and I even undercooked them a little. I'll make again, but think something does need to be added like chocolate chips or nuts. Made for PAC Spring '12
