- 8 ounces suger-free diet root beer
- 1 cup half-and-half or 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 cup ice
directions
- fill blender with ice, cream, splenda, and vanilla extract.
- blend until smooth.
- fill choice cup half full of cream mixture.
- top off with root beer.
- enjoy!

<p>I am a busy mom of four cool, wonderful cute children/ full time college student. I curently have a love/hate relationship with cooking and I am a little intimidated by baking, but when i have the time I do enjoy experimenting in my kitchen and turning out something from fresh from my kitchen, it is also a good way to teach and spend time with my kids, when ever I can i get them in the kitchen with me. now if I could just get around the cleaning part i would spend much more time cooking!!</p>
