  • Mix everything together in a big mug or small bowl and put it in the microwave for 90 seconds maybe 10 more seconds after that depends on your microwave and enjoy it, yum!

  1. Used coconut flour instead solved the texture problem. It was great. Love it.
     
  2. Not a good mug cake at all. Rubbery. Definitely needed more cocoa powder.
     
  3. Nice! I used 1 tablespoon almond flour & 1 tablespoon coconut flour. Topped with a teaspoon cream. Might add 1 fresh date & a few pecans next :-)
     
  4. Loved it!! I also used coconut flour I know it will be a favorite dessert for me.
     
  5. This turned out so moist and tasty. I also used the coconut flour and it was the perfect switch along with a dollop of natural peanut butter.

Tweaks

  1. Add a 1/2 tsp of baking powder to the mix to actually make it fluffy. Otherwise, it comes out rubbery because there's nothing to make it rise!
     
  2. Added 1/2 tsp baking powder Topped with homemade whipped cream- whipped heavy whipping cream, added a little sweetener and vanilla extract
