Lemonade Dressing for Fruit Salad

"This is a nice alternative to a rich dessert. I've served it with sugar cookies. Also would be great with pound cake or angel food cake."

  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip

directions

  • In medium saucepan, combine lemonade, eggs, and sugar.
  • Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Chill.
