  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

  • Beat egg until lemon colored.
  • Stir in sugar and lemonade concentrate.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  • Cool completely.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Chill.
  • Serve with fresh fruits.
