Lemonade Dressing for Fresh Fruit

"I've had this recipe for 10 years and it is a requested favorite at any party or potluck. It does have to be kept cold due to the egg content."

• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

directions

1. Beat egg until lemon colored.
2. Stir in sugar and lemonade concentrate.
3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
4. Cool completely.
5. Fold in whipped cream.
6. Chill.
7. Serve with fresh fruits.
