  • Heat skillet over med-low, cook sliced sausage for about 2 minutes.
  • Add onion, garlic, bell pepper & saute till veggies are tender.
  • Add beans & tomatoes with their juice, sean with thyme, cayenne, salt, & pepper.
  • Serve over rice.
