  • 5 lbs shoulder roast beef
  • 2 lbs baby carrots
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 (14 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom & garlic soup
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans French onion soup
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 12 - 1 cup water (optional)

directions

  • Place beef in large slow-cooker.
  • Pour can of french onion soup over top, then spread either can of cream soup on top of that.
  • Dump entire bag of carrots on top and arounds sides of beef.
  • Dump entire bag of baby potatoes on top of the carrots.
  • Pour second can of French onion soup over top of veggies, then spread either can of cream soup on top.
  • Cook in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
  • You may want to add 1/2-1 cup of water if you like your roasts 'juicier'.
