ingredients
- 2 large shallots, chopped rough
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 2 large sweet onions, chopped rough
directions
- Caramelize onions (20 minutes).
- Add Shallots (10 minutes).
- Let cool.
- Mix rest of ingredients and refrigerate 24 hours or as long as you can.
- Add chives, horseradish, bacon or green onion to make your own.
