"I adapted this from another of my recipes, i really liked the taste but not the other ingredients. To use the sauce make up as per instructions, stir fry some vegetables and or meat and toss the sauce through at the end."

ingredients

2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons red miso
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon sake

directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Add to a pan of stir fried veg/meat and stir until coated and sauce has thickened.

How I rate... 5 stars - perfect, will make again without any changes. 4 stars - Liked it, will make again again but with changes. 3 stars - had to make major changes but got it to work. 2 stars - had to make major changes and it didn't work. 1 star - went terribly, a waste of time and ingredients, I cried, BF cried the cats cried you get the picture...
