- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon table salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten until foamy
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1 cup all-bran cereal
- 1 cup raisins
directions
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a second bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, pumpkin and All-Bran. Add dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Stir in raisins.
- Spray a non-stick Bundt pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 50 min, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.
