DIRECTIONS

  • Par-boil ribs for 40 minutes on simmer. (add salt or other herbs here if you like).
  • Put on grill and slow cook each side for 10 minutes.
  • Brush on bbq sauce.
  • Grill until slightly crisp. (Approximately 20 minutes).
