Irish Dream Ice Cream Float

• 1⁄4 cup irish beer, such as Smithwick's or 1/4 cup Guinness stout
• 1⁄4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
• 1⁄4 cup milk or 1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
• 1⁄2 cup ben and jerry's dublin mudslide ice cream

directions

1. Stir together liquid ingredients in an 8oz glass, then top with a scoop (about 1/2 cup) of ice cream. Serve with a spoon or straw.
