ingredients
- 1 cup imperial oleo
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
directions
- Cream Oleo and sugar.
- Add vinegar to cream mixture.
- Mix flour and soda together.
- Then add to Cream mixture.
- Make 24 balls (2t) and flatten.
- Bake 300 for 30 minutes.

These were a little different than the cookies I'm used to. They are very easy to put together and have a nice flavor, but they turned out very flat. I made them exactly as directed for the first batch and I would highly recommend that you NOT flatten them. The first batch turned out paper thin. The second batch I left them in balls and they still turned out flat, but not paper thin. The second batch I also cooked at 350 for about 15 minutes and that worked well. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC Spring 2010 :)
