    cup onion, chopped (Vidalia, red or yellow)

    apple, chopped (or use whatever fruit is in season)

    cup plain yogurt (or Greek plain)
  • 14
    cup mayonnaise (if this will sit out, just use yogurt)

    tablespoons lemon juice
