This recipe was great for our Halloween party. Simple basic ingredients, and very easy. Just a couple things changed so I could put a sign on my crockpot that said "BARBEQUE TAPEWORMS"...lol. Boil a large pot of water. Cut the hot dogs in half and then in strips. Drop them into the boiling water, 1# at a time. Boil for a few minutes. It gets the grease out of the hot dogs, and also makes them curl up - for better tapeworm presentation. Follow the rest of the recipe, also adding a dash of hot pepper seeds and 2 dashes of worchestershire.<br/>You also inspired my "PETRIFIED WORMS". I used 1# of hot dogs, cut in the same strips. Tiny bit of butter in the pan and fry them. Fried hot dogs..everyone likes them ;) Makes a small bowl. Thanks for the great recipe!!
