Horsey Sauce for Steaks

I like this on roast beef sandwiches and steaks. I'll even put it on a baked potato! There is no actual cooking time.

Absolutely stunning, what a GREAT sandwich condiment recipe Secret Agent! I made this especially for my leftover meatloaf sandwiches that I served for an "indoor winter picnic lunch"! I used freeze-dried chives as mine are JUST poking their heads through the soil right now! I made enough of this to serve with my own Roast rib of beef recipe, that I will be cooking this Sunday for friends. I subbed the sour cream for local creme fraiche with great results! Many thanks for a twist on the usual horseradish sauce! FT :-)Reply
