DIRECTIONS

  • Beat well 4 eggs with wire whisk.
  • Add 1/2 cup sugar at a time to eggs, thorougly beating with each addtion until sugar is all combined.
  • Add heavy cream and mix.
  • Add 1/2 and 1/2, mix well; add vanilla and mix.
  • Churn mixture in ice-cream maker according to directions.
  • Stir in mini-chocolate chips. Freeze until set.
