• 1 1⁄2 cups organic tomato paste
• 3 tablespoons white sugar
• 1⁄2 cup cold water
• 1⁄8 teaspoon allspice
• 1⁄3 tablespoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1⁄8 teaspoon clove
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
