Homemade Garlic Butter

- 100 g salted butter
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon brandy
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- parsley
directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend well until garlic and parsley are finely chopped.
- Allow at least 2 hours before using it, for the flavours to mix well.

We normally have some variation of bread with pasta, to mop up the sauces, and today's variation had this delicious garlic butter added. I've often made garlic butter, but not added the brandy or lemon juice. It was well worth it though! It has fantastic flavour and well, you just can't go wrong with garlic bread! (Reviewed for Spring PAC 2007)
