  • Preheat oven to 350°F Prepare 9x13 pan by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mix cracker crumbs in bowl with melted butter and press into bottom of pan.
  • Pour chopped cherries and juice over crust.
  • Layer white chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts and pour sweetened condensed milk over top of all.
  • Bake 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Delicious!

  1. These are super simple to make, and really delicious. I took them to a cookie exchange and have been asked for the recipe from three different people. I didn't use all the cherry juice, but did everything else according to the recipe. I used my mini chopper to first make the graham cracker crumbs, then to chop up the walnuts, and finally to chop the cherries. Very handy and very quick.
     
  2. These are delicious. I made them as stated,but they were very soft and had to be eaten with a fork more like cake. I think we will make them without or at least only 1/2 the juice next time.
     
  3. This is a very rich dessert, a little goes along way. Very good though. I made this for my Christmas party and all the guests really liked these. I plan on making this again for Christmas.
