ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs, fresh not hard
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1⁄3 cup onions, diced or 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1⁄4 cup Heinz 57 steak sauce
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients together well and place into a loaf pan.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Drain grease.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving!
