Heath Bar Fudge

"This recipe is fun! You can substitute any type of crunchy candy bar that you like and it always is enjoyed by the crowd! I found it in a magazine awhile back and made it this holiday season for the first time - I hope you like it as much as I have - and for the gift getter who has everything - this would be a perfect gift for them!"

  • 1 12 cups crushed Heath candy bars
  • 2 12 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
  • 12 cup peanuts (optional)

directions

  • Line 8-inch square pan with parchment paper leaving a slight overhang; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of crushed Heath bar (or other candy). Melt chocolate chips in condensed milk over low heat. Add rest of candy and peanuts. Pour into pan; chill. Cut into squares and enjoy!

I am a recent college graduate and I love to cook! Mainly because I have a out of the ordinary diet, I cook a lot of vegan stuff and am always looking for more ideas. Although not vegan, I do not eat meat but do from time to time eat seafood, but that is it. No turkey, pork, or chicken and I never eat anything that has egg in it. So as you can see, cooking for myself is usually the best bet!!
