- 4 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- 1 cup green pepper strip
- 1⁄4 cup frozen edamame
- 2 tablespoons szechuan sauce
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
directions
- Coat a hot skillet with cooking spray.
- Cut the chicken breast into 1 inches pieces and add to the pan.
- Cook until chicken pieces turn white.
- Add all the vegetables and stir continually until cooked through.
- Add schzewan sauce and stir to coat chicken and vegetables.
- Serve over brown rice.
