Healthy Banana French Toast

- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 1⁄4 cup egg substitute
- 1 banana, peeled
- cinnamon
directions
- 1.Coat a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Turn burner on to medium high.
- 2.Meanwhile, in a small bowl pour the egg substitute and sprinkle cinnamon to your liking into the egg substitute. Combine.
- 3.Slice the banana into coin sized pieces and set aside. Take the slice of bread and dip it in the egg mixture, coating both sides well. Put into the hot skillet.
- 4.Take the bananas and stir them around in the remaining egg mixture that wasnt soaked up by the bread until the bananas are coated. Pour bananas into skillet.
- 5.Cook french toast and bananas until light brown on each side. Sprinkle on more cinnamon if you like. Enjoy!

I've always been in love with Hawaii. I went on vacation there and have wanted to go back ever since and live there. Im a very healthy person, I work out everyday and try to eat whats best for my body.I enjoy being active; i bike, run, kayak, walk and do whatever I can to get my blood pumping! As far as baking and cooking, I've had a love for it since I was little. It runs in the family too, my great grandmother made the best cookies and homemade noodles and fried chicken. My grandmother makes the most amazing dinner rolls and my other gma makes wonderful gumbo. I enjoy baking the most; cookies and fresh baked breads are my faves to make. All in all I just enjoy being in the kitchen and making food that gets rave reviews.
