I am a stay at home mom, who has a passion for cooking, baking, and entertaining. I have two small children, two dogs and one cat. I enjoy trying new recipes and love all styles of cooking except Indian recipes, as I am allergic to cinnamon. The dishes that I am known for are manicotti, lazagna, spaghetti & meatballs, and our family recipe, hamburger bean casserole, my scret ingredient is spam!! It sounds weird, but it is a crowd pleaser!!!
