  1. we thought the cream cheese was a little overpowering once you got through about half a piece, but were thinking these'd make great tea sandwiches!

  2. This is a great recipe. I made it with a red pepper instead of the green to give it a more Christmasy look for a holiday party. I also made them into wraps instead of the stacks to be able to serve more people. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Eas, tasty, everyone liked them and I would certainly make them again. You could make the stacks shorter, or even roll them in the tortillas, which is what I did and served in pretty pinwheels. Very nice.

  4. I didn't follow the recipe exactly, as I kept my stacks short to serve as one of many appys at an Autumn party featuring soups. Everyone loved these little wedges, though. The Italian dressing adds a different flavor from the Ranch that is used in so many cream cheese/tortilla appys.

  5. My DS's were hesistant on this, not 'moms' typical sandwhich. But after one bite they were hooked. This is a very rich sandwhich though.... I made this in 4" tortillas, made alot and shared the leftovers w/my MIL. LOVED the crunch from the green peppers. Due to the richness, cut in very small slices. Thank You!
