- 250 g peas
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 3 sliced chopped ham
- 2 chopped chorizo sausage (spanish sausage)
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 7⁄8 chopped mushroom
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
- oil
directions
- Fry the onions, garlic, ham, chorizo, tomatoes, mushrooms, red pepper and greern pepper in a little oil.
- cook the peas.
- place the peas on an ovenproof dish.
- add the onion mixture and season.
- crack open the egg and place on top.
- bake until egg is cooked.
