  • Preheat oven to 350*F.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup bread crumbs into a well greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  • Bake for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven.
  • In a bowl, combine the spinach, cottage cheese, Romano cheese, three eggs and remaining bread crumbs.
  • Spread spinach mixture over the baked bread crumbs
  • Beat remaining eggs and pour over the spinach mixture
  • Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
