1. This recipe is easy and delicious. The beef is so flavorful, and always provokes raves when I serve it. I dont usually other with the gravy and just serve with horseradish and au jus. But having those carmelized nions on the side is a great added bonus.
2. What a great way to serve a roast beef sandwich. The chillies and grilling really make this.
3. A very nice change for quick and easy grilled cheese sandwiches. We liked the roast beef instead of our usual ham addition. Would like to add some more spice next time...maybe horseradish as someone else suggested. Thanks for sharing a delicious keeper!
4. Loved this grilled sandwich. The green chilies added just the right punch that went well with the other ingredients.
5. Delicious!!!! I made some on sourdough and some with ciabatta bread. I used Jack cheese. Love the green chiles with the beef!!!

I live in Tampa, FL with my husband and 6 year old daughter. I work full time which leaves me little time for other activities, however my weekends are filled with cooking. In what little time I have left over after all my other responsibilities I enjoy reading and watching a little television.
