Grandmother's Stuffing Base
- Ready In:
- Saute carrots, onions, celery and peppers in stick of butter until semi-soft and onions are translucent. Add sage and cook for a few more minutes.
- Place cubed bread in large mixing bowl. Add butter mixture and chicken broth until desired moistness. This is the time to add optional ingedients as well.
- Place in casserole dish and cook at 350 until heated through.
