- 16 ounces gnocchi (fresh or frozen)
- 4 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 ounces heavy cream
- 3 teaspoons basil pesto
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
directions
- Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water 2-4 mins, or until floating.
- Transfer to saucepan on low heat and add tomatoes, pesto, heavy cream, stirring well until sauce is heated through.
- Add parmesan, salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
