  • Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water 2-4 mins, or until floating.
  • Transfer to saucepan on low heat and add tomatoes, pesto, heavy cream, stirring well until sauce is heated through.
  • Add parmesan, salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.

  1. This is so easy and so delicious ! Along with making the recipe as is , I have made the sauce and used it for a cold pasta salad. I didn't cook the tomatoes I cut them in half and added them after all was cooled. What a great recipe ! Thank you
