ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup pure honey
- 3 cups gluten-free oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds (any nut)
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds (any nut)
- 1 cup golden raisin (any dried fruit)
directions
- Mix peanut butter and honey in a standing mixer until smooth.
- Add oats in gradually.
- Add nuts.
- Add rasins.
- Use a ice cream scooper (x2), use muffin holders, refrigerate over night. Freeze well with air tight container and wax paper.
- Put in muffin pan.

Hi I am foodmama from the City of Decatur where its greater. I am a full-time household manager who enjoys cooking for her family. It's in my blood, I am a granddaughter of a southern cooker who even during the hot carolina summers would still cook large meals, cakes and pies. The thing that eurks me is people who prejudge, politics, noisey folks, stupidity, and arrogance. My passion besides cooking a good meal, is volunteering and raising polite well adjusted men who in return will do the same for my grandkids.
