Vegan No Chicken Noodle Soup

"Vegan, high protein, comforting noodle soup! I used Schaer gluten-free tagliatelle noodles: I used NOW Foods textured soy protein chunks: I used my Recipe #264657 for the seasoning. You could use Italian seasonings or something you like for a basic soup."

Questions & Replies

  1. do you just add in the tvp? Or do they need to be prepped, first, and then added to the soup? Same for the noodles... do you cook them first and then add them? Or put in the raw noodles into the soup?
