ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup rice flour
- 1⁄4 cup tapioca flour
- 1⁄4 cup potato starch
- 6 tablespoons Earth Balance buttery sticks
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Agave
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- 1. Cut Earth Balance into small chunks (make certain it is chilled).
- 2. Add remaining ingredients.
- 3. Work by hand into a smooth dough.
- 4. Use a melon baller to make 16 biscuits.
- 5. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes at 350.
