Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

ingredients
- 2 head cauliflower or (16 ounce) steam bags frozen cauliflower
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 -3 teaspoons onion powder or 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 -4 tablespoons garlic powder (to taste) or 2 -4 teaspoons minced garlic (to taste)
- 1 -2 teaspoon salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 -4 tablespoons parsley flakes (to garnish)
directions
- If using a head of cauliflower, wash & cut into pieces.
- Steam until soft in the microwave or on the stove.
- In a food processor (or mash by hand) mash cauliflower, butter, seasoning, garlic, salt & pepper.
- Mash until smooth. This can be done in two batches.
- Put in a serving bowl & serve warm.
- Top with parsley flakes for garnish, if desired.
