DIRECTIONS

  • Cook pasta in boiling, salted water. Drain. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and fry mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Add flour. Blend in milk, cream, garlic and seasoning.
  • Bring to the boil, stirring. Add ham and cook for 1-2 minutes. Toss into pasta.
