Let me count the ways my husband and I love this recipe: 1. It is easy! 2. The scent while it's cooking is wonderful! 3. The end product tastes better than it smells! We will be making this often. I'm not even a rib eater, but with the meat so tender I had to try it, and it was delicious. My husband even saved the leftover sauce. It was that good --Thank you, darthlaurie! The only change I made was to increase the temperature to 375 degrees for the last twenty minutes.

I am single, although I have a great BF. I love the Pacific Northwest and I have no idea why I'm still stuck in the desert! I like trying new foods and I love perusing the recipes on this site and allrecipes.com, even if I'm too lazy to make the vast majority of them. I also love to write and edit things.
