  • Mix wet and dry ingredients separately (except the fruit).
  • Combine all ingredients except fruit and mix well.
  • Bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • Mix in fruit and bake 15-20 minutes longer.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

  2. This was tasty. I have not ever had baked oatmeal so I am not quite sure how to compare it. It was much drier than I had imagined it would be- which may be due to the fruit I used. I used apples which did not end up giving off much juice. We ended up drizzling maple syrup on top which gave it some needed sweetness and moisture. We liked it and would try again- probably with a different fruit. Thank you for posting!
