Frozen Dessert With Whipped Cream

"My mother used to make me this frozen goodness as a kid and I would always ask for more. Now that I have the recipe, I want to share it with you."

ingredients

• 1 (200 g) package mr. christie's chocolate wafers
• 2 cups 35% cream
• 2 tablespoons sugar

directions

1. Whip the cream and sugar until firm consistency.
2. Put in a bread shaped mold that is freezer safe.
3. Add the wafers.
4. Put in freezer for 24hrs.
