  • 1 (10 ounce) bag cascadian farm organic frozen sliced peaches, thawed (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cups finely chopped peeled fresh mango, drained, chopped (about 2) or (24 ounce) jar mangoes, slices drained, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar old el paso wild for mild thick 'n chunky salsa (2 cups)
  • 14 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 medium)
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped

  • 1. If desired, coarsely chop peaches. In medium bowl, gently mix all ingredients. Serve with Tortilla chips for dipping or as sauce for chicken, fish or meat.

  1. I served this with a fish recipe that called for mango salsa. I wanted something better than the store brand- This was SO much better and worth the effort of doing it myself. reminds me of one I would get at a nice dinner out somewhere
