ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) bag cascadian farm organic frozen sliced peaches, thawed (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cups finely chopped peeled fresh mango, drained, chopped (about 2) or (24 ounce) jar mangoes, slices drained, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) jar old el paso wild for mild thick 'n chunky salsa (2 cups)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 medium)
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
directions
- 1. If desired, coarsely chop peaches. In medium bowl, gently mix all ingredients. Serve with Tortilla chips for dipping or as sauce for chicken, fish or meat.
